Inanda Mission - 4 May 2008
On the 4 May 2008, the community at Inanda Mission, just west of Durban, KZN, South Africa took a leap of faith to learn how to Farm God's Way.
The land was very parched as can been seen in the picture below.
Candida Oberholzer, a Farming God's Way Champion took the initial group of farmers through the principles of Farming God's Way:
Use What You Have
Being on Time
Working to a Standard
Making a Profit
Without Wastage
With Joy
After having cleaned the land of glass, rocks, weeds etc. God's Blanket in the form of grass and old mielie plants was layed in the hope that God would reconstitute the soil enabling the new farmers to plant seed of their choice. The land was prayed over and God blessed us with rain.
